For credit approval in additional states:

IL – Attorneys must self-report completion of CLE requirements each reporting period. The ABA does not send certificates of attendance to the Illinois MCLE board. To claim online: www.mcleboard.org Click on Attorneys, then Questions & Forms. Search FAQs for 434. The application fee is $1 per hour or fraction; minimum $15 per course. If you have questions, call (312) 924-2420 to be personally guided through the process. www.mcleboard.org

MA – There is currently no minimum continuing legal education (MCLE) requirement for attorneys in Massachusetts.

NJ – New Jersey is a self-reporting state; attorneys certify compliance when required and on forms provided by the New Jersey board. New Jersey attorneys are not required to report individual course attendance as each course is completed, but must retain their Certificates of Attendance for at least 3 years and must produce them if audited. New Jersey attorneys who are satisfying the CLE requirement of another mandatory CLE state or who take courses approved for CLE by another state will receive 1:1 credit for courses approved in that jurisdiction through reciprocity. There is no fee for reciprocity. www.judiciary.state.nj.us/attorneys/attcle.html

VA – You will be notified once approval is granted.
