As Project Manager, Zion leads our team of over 90 highly trained electrical, computer and communication research professionals that include registered patent attorneys, patent agents, and individuals with advanced technical degrees. Acting as a liaison between clients and search analysts, he defines the scope and price of searches, directs technologies to the appropriate analysts, and determines customized strategies for client search needs.
Zion has managed thousands of searches for Cardinal assisting a wide range of clientele. He has extensive knowledge in mobile communication, software applications and electrical devices. In addition, his experience allows for patentability and validity focuses, search strategies and competitive analysis.
Zion earned his JD from the John Marshall Law School, and he received his BS in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. In addition to English, Zion is proficient in Korean.
