As an Account Manager, Amanda is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with assigned law firms and corporate clients for Patent and Trademark Search Services, as well as a wide range of IP legal services. She is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and fostering long-term client relationships.
Amanda manages client matters from start to finish, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the process. She coordinates communication between departments, addresses client questions and concerns, and ensures each matter is handled efficiently. She is committed to providing responsive support and a seamless experience for every client.
Amanda graduated with Distinction from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Behavior and Marketplace Studies with a minor in Entrepreneurship.
In her free time, Amanda enjoys traveling, staying active, and exploring new restaurants and coffee shops.
