As account manager, Jacob is responsible for growing and maintaining business in assigned law firms and corporations, mainly focusing on our Patent and Trademark Search Services. With a strong background in interpersonal and intercultural communication, he provides excellent customer service to new and existing clients.
He serves as the first point of contact for all services, including Patent and Trademark Searching, Monitoring Services and Managed Docketing. Jacob fields all client questions, concerns, and project intake for assigned law firms and corporations. He oversees all matters from open to close, communicating client requests between departments and monitoring all client issues.
Prior to working at Cardinal, Jacob was an account manager at a staffing firm, gaining experience in business operations and customer service. His background also includes international volunteer work, providing educational support in Nepal.
Jacob earned his B.A. in International Studies, from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He participated in the UN Seminar Program in New York City. He met with over 40 UN member countries and conducted research interviews with diplomats and various UN representatives.
