As account manager, Lindsey is responsible for growing and maintaining business in assigned law firms and corporations, mainly focusing on our Patent and Trademark Search Services. With a strong background in interpersonal communication, she provides excellent customer service to new and existing clients.
She serves as the first point of contact for all services, including Patent and Trademark Searching, Monitoring Services and Managed Docketing. Lindsey fields all client questions, concerns, and project intake for assigned law firms and corporations. She oversees all matters from open to close, communicating client requests between departments and monitoring all client issues.
Lindsey has worked for Cardinal since 2007, starting as the receptionist. She has since greatly benefitted other departments with her skills.
Lindsey earned her B.A. in theatre and drama with a minor in studio art, from Indiana University.
