In her role as account manager, Liz grows and strengthens relationships with assigned law firms, corporations, and independent inventors. She enjoys advocating for her clients and fostering communication across departments, maintaining curiosity and open communication to keep them informed and abreast.
Before coming to Cardinal, Liz’s career included managing hundreds of working relationships with clients as varied as dog trainers, dive bar managers, self-publishing authors, and fine-dining clientele. Today, from first encounters to ensuring satisfaction with delivered results, she strives to empower her clients to make the most of Cardinal’s IP legal service offerings.
She earned her B.A. in English from Indiana University. If she is away from her desk, she is likely gardening, birdwatching on a hike, or reading.
