As account manager, Sanchella is responsible for building and maintaining accounts for assigned law firms and corporations regarding our Patent and Trademark Search Services, as well as other IP Legal Services. She values interpersonal relationships and client satisfaction, providing excellent customer service to new and existing clients.
Sanchella manages her clients’ matters from start to finish. From fielding questions and concerns, to communicating between departments and monitoring all issues, she is the first point of contact for all services within her accounts. With a degree in management and her prior experience working for a heavily client-centric business, Sanchella excels in customer engement.
She earned her B.B.A. in business management from The University of Texas at Tyler, where she graduated magna cum laude. In her spare time, Sanchella enjoys traveling and fitness.
