As account manager, Trevaughn is responsible for growing and maintaining business in assigned law firms and corporations, focusing on our Patent and Trademark Search Services. He serves as the initial point of contact for all services, including Patent and Trademark Searching, Monitoring Services, E-Discovery and Managed Docketing. From open to close, Trevaughn manages all matters between departments, such as project intake, client requests, questions and concerns.
Since joining Cardinal, Trevaughn has provided excellent customer service to hundreds of new and existing clients all over the world. Drawing upon his prior experiences working in the customer service industry, earning his communications degree, and participating in several volunteer events, Trevaughn effectively communicates all client needs.
He earned his BA in communications and public relations/journalism from the University of Iowa. In addition to English, Trevaughn is fluent in Tagalog.
